Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email us at bareandcomp@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with instructions. Please don't send anything back before we reply.

Defective, damaged, or wrong item: email us a photo within 30 days of delivery, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Any other reason: the item must be in its original condition and packaging. You pay return shipping, and we refund the item price once we receive it.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
